Vein Treatment Options
Diagnostics: Exceptional diagnostics lead to outstanding treatment. Our very experienced ultrasonographer, Dr. Vida Savickiene, has years of experience in venous imaging. We use the best and most modern equipment available, the GE Logiq ultrasound system. Lesser equipment “fails to see” the entire haemodynamic problem. What you don’t see really can hurt you.
Treatment: Treatment recommendations are based on each individual’s diagnosis and preference. We do not offer surgery. More effective and safer treatments are now available. Pain is minimal and return to normal activities is rapid. |

Traditional Sclerotherapy: Sometimes called injection treatment, this is an old and very effective treatment to eradicate small varicose veins. You may have heard it’s very painful, but that applies to the old “saline injections”. Whoa, that hurts! We never use saline!
Ultrasound Guided Foam Sclerotherapy: Developed to replace surgery, this method is highly evolved and it works! Used for very large varicose veins, Dr. Eaton’s new protocol requires significantly fewer treatment sessions than previously required. |

Endovenous Laser Ablation: This is the newest treatment to replace surgery. It is used for the primary saphenous veins. It is very effective for these specific veins, but nearly everyone needs additional treatment for the extensive tributary veins. We treat those branches with ultrasound guided sclerotherapy.
Experience Matters: No matter how massive or complex your veins may be, no one “needs” surgery for vein disease! We have the education, knowledge and experience to get results. Please, if you have consulted elsewhere, at least see us for a “second opinion”. You will find it valuable. We promise.
